We are seeking a HR Data Operations Analyst to join our HR Data Management team. The HR Data Operations Analyst is a colleague-facing role that offers first level customer service for Human Resources data management. This position involves continual personnel data expertise, data quality audit support, and bulk data entry processing. You will act as the first level of data process expertise for Workday in India, Malaysia, and globally. The HR Data Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Workday Operations Team and other members of the larger Workday team to recommend process improvements and enhancements to ensure ease and precision of personnel data maintenance.

• A Bachelor’s or Master's Degree is required.
• Proficient in data entry and issue resolution.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Solid sense of accountability and sound judgment; highest ethical standards with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, writing, spoken English, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across technical and business resources.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Hands-on style with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; experience working with stakeholders/partners at all levels, globally, and across the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What will you be doing in this role?
In this role, you will
• Support the Human Resources Team including Workday operations, Workday transactions, projects, and general administrative and transactional support.
• Initiate, review, and approve daily Workday transactions as required.
• Manage inbound HR Help cases and emails.
• Increase transaction processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Advise on process improvements, enhancements, and training opportunities based on data trends.
• Assist with routine audits and troubleshooting to correct and maintain accurate HR data within HRIS.
• Provide excellent customer service and Workday data support for Clarivate colleagues.
• Coordinate data issue resolution and escalates to the Senior Manager, HR Data Operations where appropriate.
• Educate colleagues on practices and tools, including Workday, to encourage colleagues and managers to resolve issues on their own through direct access, demonstrating excellent client service.
• Maintain team SOPs to ensure accuracy as processes change.
About the Team
The HR Data Management team is responsible for the input, management, and support of Clarivate’s data in Workday. Team members work with the broader Workday and HR teams to deliver excellent customer support to our colleagues and ensure ease and accuracy of personnel data maintenance.
Hours of Work
12:00 PM IST to 9:00PM IST (Monday - Friday)
