As a Data Engineer III, you will utilize your expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice and guidance. Your role includes aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing business solutions. You'll monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to evolving demands. Compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity is essential as you execute and assist others in applying business processes.

The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) mission is to deliver consumer-grade products and services, optimizing operational costs and enhancing flexibility for the evolving digital workforce.
Understand, articulate, and apply the principles of defined data engineering and analytics strategy to meet Walmart Associate Area Business needs.
Support the prioritization of requirements and service level agreements. Identify the most suitable data source for each purpose.
Analyze complex data elements, systems, data flows, dependencies, and relationships to contribute to conceptual, physical, and logical data models. Define relational tables, primary and foreign keys, and stored procedures to create data model structures.
Extract data from identified databases, create data pipelines, and transform data using appropriate techniques.
Establish, modify, and document data governance projects and recommendations, partnering with business stakeholders and peers. Interpret and implement company and regulatory policies on data.
