As an essential player in our Embedded Data Analytics team, you will:
- Independently appraise the firm's control systems and effectiveness in relation to both current and prospective risks.
- Support in conveying crucial findings to both local and global management enhancing Goldman Sachs' robust audit and risk management framework.
- Design and deploy advanced analytics tools that set new standards in audit efficacy and precision, directly impacting our operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with audit teams to craft strategic data-driven approaches, fostering innovative solutions that enhance audit testing and risk assessment processes.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ and relational database management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a knack for clear and impactful interactions.
- Driven and proactive in perpetually optimizing and enhancing performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL coding, familiarity with cloud services like Amazon S3 and Snowflake, and an understanding of financial products.

The role based in New York, NY, starts with an expected salary range of $85,000 to $140,000 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on company performance and individual contribution.
