MERL is seeking a self-driven intern to contribute to the analysis of time sequence data for denoising, feature extraction, and machine learning. The perfect candidate would be a doctoral candidate in computer science or electrical engineering, with a strong research background in signal processing and machine learning. Experience with time sequence data processing is preferable. Proficiency in MATLAB is essential. The intern will be expected to join forces with MERL researchers to run simulations, assess experimental data, and draft manuscripts for scientific papers. A total duration of 3 months is expected, with a flexible starting date. This internship necessitates work that can only be performed at MERL.
