MERL is in search of a highly driven and qualified intern to collaborate on privacy matters in machine learning. The ideal candidate should have substantial research experience in private machine learning techniques and defenses against membership inference attacks. A deep understanding of modern machine learning methods, proficiency in Python, and a strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks are required. Doctoral students who are in the middle or later stages of their program are encouraged to apply. The anticipated duration of the internship is 3 months, with flexible commencement dates.
