We are looking for a Junior Data Quality Analyst to join us in this super ambitious mission.

Job Description

• Enabling the Clinic Agenda project directly with the clinic, acting between the sales team and customer success.
• Clarification of doubts related to the product and payments.
• Knowledge of internal flow processes, business rules and best practices, ensuring the quality of the Clinic Agenda project.
• Use of internal platforms for control and work report (HubSpot, Hays, Jiras, Backoffice Tools).
• Daily contact with employees from different areas of the company through various communication channels with the purpose of clarifying doubts related to the product and payments.
• Acting preventively to demands/occurrences. Acting in the propagation of knowledge to all areas served by Data Quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service;
• Ongoing or complete higher education;
• Advanced Excel;
• Intermediate English;
• Desirable experience with tools such as HubSpot, Jira
