Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to join our US-based attribution modeling team. This role will be integral in utilizing data science techniques to assess marketing activities and estimate their business impact for our clients. Projects include Media Mix Optimization, Marketing Mix Modeling, Analysis of Covariance, Cluster Analysis, and Attribution Modeling of event-stream data. This hands-on role will involve coding, innovating, and reporting directly to a Senior Director of Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage data collection with clients
  • Develop reports and processes to ensure data quality control
  • Drive innovation in analytics to meet client expectations
  • Implement and develop attribution models
  • Interpret and visualize model estimates and diagnostics
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, applied mathematics, optimization, computer science, physics; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics for measuring marketing effectiveness with a focus on measurement and attribution
  • Experience with machine learning-based attribution or television attribution preferred
  • Strong background in statistics/data science, including regression, hierarchical/mixed regression, and machine learning techniques
  • Advanced modeling skills with Python and R
  • Experience with cloud environments, especially GCP and AWS
  • Experience with platforms like Databricks and SQL preferred
  • Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI a plus
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
  • Understanding of marketing objectives and media channels

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500, based on various factors including experience, knowledge, and skills.
