  • Establish our marketing analytics program within our Barcelona office, partnering with analysts and marketers for global support.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in SQL, capable of reviewing code and assisting non-technical colleagues with reports.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B tests and statistical analysis.
  • Experience processing large data sets at scale using languages like Python or R, frameworks like Spark, Hive, or dbt.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey models and results concisely and meaningfully to business partners.
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional partners to define business problems, scope projects, implement reporting solutions, and frame strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on business impact and manage stakeholder expectations gracefully.
  • Excited to build a team and mentor junior analysts, with aspirations of growing into a people manager role.
