Essential Functions:
- Conducts complex data analysis on existing or proposed Agency programs, providing findings and recommendations to improve quality of services.
- Directs activities of subordinate staff focused on operational analytics and data analysis.
- Informs program development and modifications through robust data analysis, ensuring adherence to directives/policies.
- Directs budget projections and monitors program expenditures, reporting on historical spending and performance trends.
- Develops and recommends alternatives to administrative procedures based on data analytics findings.
- Generates reports for the Department’s Leadership related to Care Coordination Unit’s (CCU) performance and CMS mandates.
- Coordinates CCP annual budget and performs complex financial analysis of program expenditures.
- Supervises and provides guidance to assigned staff, sets annual goals, and evaluates performance.
- Performs other duties within the scope of the responsibilities listed above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years or more experience with Microsoft Excel, including Power BI queries, SQL queries, and advanced functions and formulas.
- Three years or more experience in statistical analysis of program data.
- Three years or more experience managing budgets.
- Three years or more experience in developing and delivering programmatic reports.
- At least two years ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- At least two years supervising staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience managing a comprehensive program in health and human services.
- Bachelor of Science in Data Science.
Conditions of Employment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Monthly in-state travel; minimal out-of-state travel.
Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
