Job Description

Join our Customer Analytics team! As the Lead Marketing Analyst, you are the primary point of contact for all our clients' communications concerning expected results for their marketing campaigns. You are expected to analyze customer behavior and demographic figures to develop segmentations, profiles, and personas for a more concentrated marketing strategy. You will leverage detailed knowledge in numerical database marketing as well as an understanding of business planning strategies to generate forecasts and create models for Email and Direct Mail marketing endeavours. This is a remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Audience Analytics

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out analytics assignments, including:
  • Data Analysis, Querying, and Data Mining
  • Marketing Campaign/Test Analysis & Measurement
  • Forecasting and model creation using statistical methodology and client business rules
  • Contribute to the determination of quantitative approaches for resolving client challenges
  • Aid in presenting ideas and findings to potential and current clients
  • Assessment and enhancement of internal tools and procedures
  • Identify potential project risks and constraints and devise solutions to address these risks/constraints
  • May encompass MI or Data Scientist duties
  • Explain/present forecast and model outcomes to clients
  • Summarize key findings/insights; Make relevant recommendations; and develop fresh analytical resolutions to address complex business problems.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent in statistics, math, economics, or a related scientific/quantitative domain
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the numerical marketing arena, in database marketing
  • Two or more years of experience in marketing campaign test analysis and measurement with DM and email campaigns
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a necessity
  • Experience working in a GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environment
  • Broad understanding of database marketing concepts such as comprehending client data, relational database concepts, and direct marketing concepts
  • Experience in applying statistical techniques like regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental design, etc. to resolve business challenges
  • Possess core analytical competencies like the capability to structure an analytical problem; QC data and results

Additional Information

The projected bracket for this role ranges from $78,000 to $126,500. The actual salary is determined by a variety of factors such as relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
