Job Overview: Machine Learning Engineer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an ambitious Machine Learning Engineer to become part of our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and managing machine learning models with Python and AWS SageMaker, aimed at transforming complex business challenges into innovative, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for applications in NLP, computer vision, and more.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and features crucial for training models.
• Construct and manage ML pipelines with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Employ AWS SageMaker for comprehensive model management—from development to monitoring.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into broader application ecosystems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in machine learning and cloud computing to continually refine our practices and tools.
• Mentor junior colleagues, enhancing our culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with key libraries and frameworks for ML development.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, especially AWS SageMaker, EC2, and IAM.
• A deep understanding of diverse machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Experience in data processing, feature engineering and model tuning.
• Strong foundational knowledge in OOP programming.
• Capacity to effectively collaborate within diverse, cross-functional teams.
