As we continue to expand at a brisk rate, we are searching for a Staff Data Scientist to join our increasing Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations crew. The StratOps Data Insights & AI division is a new function that enables GTM, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Management to utilize predictive analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to extract actionable findings, develop ML models to guide GTM and other corporate teams, and acquire predictive insights of the business health and performance. The primary goal of this team is to strive to assist our customers in achieving their objectives while generating “wow” moments of engagement. We also derive pleasure from doing that.
This position holds a critical function in aiding our marketing, sales, finance, corporate strategy, executive stakeholders, and other support sections by exploiting data, research, and artificial intelligence to elicit actionable insights, refine strategies, and improve customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities

8. **Advanced Domain Knowledge**: In-depth expertise in a specific industry or domain (e.g., Sales, Marketing (GTM), Product Led Growth, Advanced Forecasting, Sentiment Analysis, and Natural Language Processing, etc.)
9. **Ethics and Compliance**: Guaranteeing ethical and compliant data usage.
10. **Business Acumen**: Profound understanding of the business and its challenges.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Machine Learning Architect, or a similar role.
- Exceptional programming skills in Python and familiarity with Spark for large-scale data processing.
- Substantial comprehension of AWS services, particularly SageMaker, for building and deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent knowledge of machine learning models, algorithms, and statistics.
- Acquaintance with practices and tools to streamline the machine learning lifecycle.
- Capability to accurately estimate project timelines and construct detailed plans for project execution.
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
