Company Description
Opportunity is not uniformly accessible. Shopify brings independence to anyone with an entrepreneurial ambition. Since 2006, we've expanded to over 10,000 employees and generated more than $500 billion in sales for millions of merchants in 175 countries. Every 28 seconds, an entrepreneur makes their first sale on Shopify.
The work we do significantly impacts people's lives as it transforms our own. It's about giving power to the many instead of a select few, championing diversity, and creating more choices rather than limiting them.

Before you apply, consider whether you can:
- Commit passionately to your work and towards improving commerce for all
- Strive for professional and personal extreme growth
- Maintain pace in a fast-moving environment (think weekly, not quarterly)
- Be resilient and adaptive in the face of ambiguity and willingly embrace change
- Welcome critical thinking and differing opinions to spur progress and achieve goals
- Adopt a digital-first approach to your day-to-day tasks
