Requirements About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to take control of crucial data & ops processes, ensuring the high-quality product delivery to our customers. More specifically, you'll be responsible for processes that will: - Enable us to onboard customers more effectively - Ensure the smooth operation of major campaigns - Deliver effective communications via our automated email platforms - Enable our team to work more efficiently, managing internal platforms - Ensure we conduct reliable automated checks on the professionals who utilize our service, using industry APIs - Maximize the productivity of self-service for customers Day to day, you will be: - Collaborating with the Product and Engineering team, Sales team, and Success team - Delivering on various strategic initiatives, campaigns and daily operational flows - Collecting, interpreting and presenting data, using tools like SQL, Excel and Power BI - Driving process and system improvements across the business About You You have a genuine desire to help people. As a mission-driven business, it's crucial that you can demonstrate a strong desire to assist people and improve their lives. You are goal-driven and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. We like to set ambitious goals and find creative ways to achieve them, even if it means performing manual tasks before they're fully automated. You are data-driven. You should be familiar with SQL queries and willing to learn more advanced data skills; you'll need to be able to extract clear insights from a complex data set. You have good technical knowledge. You don't need to know how to code, but you should be able to think logically, grasp high-level technical concepts such as APIs, and learn technology systems easily. Some coding skills such as Python / VBA would be desirable. You pay attention to detail and focus on quality. You'll be working with fairly complex products and processes where meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to predicting problems is key. Knowledge required - At least 1 years' experience in a technology-driven company. Alternatively, candidates may demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and technical competence through their academic background in a STEM-related discipline. - Strong collaboration skills - Strong eye for detail - Experience with qualitative data (user feedback, single-use cases) and quantitative data (metrics, analytics) - Ability to write SQL queries and use data analysis tools - Basic technical understanding e.g. understanding how APIs work - Excellent communication skills Benefits Why VouchedFor?
