About the Role

As a Manager, Workforce Planning & Data Governance, you will collaborate with the Studio Human Resources team to explore new analytical paths in a data-rich environment. Your curiosity and ability to turn concepts into reality will be crucial in creating actionable insights that inform workforce-related decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts to support Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition Analytics, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to understand the unique staffing needs of the business through consultative relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, including project plans and updates, as a Project Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent position data in Workday, identifying and implementing process improvements for data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Deliver insights, dashboards, and forecasts to support HR teams, analyzing data from various sources.
  • Manage the intersection between Finance and HR for Workforce Planning, including headcount and labor data.
  • Lead headcount approval processes and develop scenario models for robust financial and resource planning.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, labor market conditions, and internal talent bases impacting workforce planning.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, Human Resources, forecasting, workforce planning, or similar roles (including 1-2+ years in leadership roles).
  • Ability to drive work efficiently, including independently leading projects and making decisions to meet deliverables.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering polished analytics and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet fluid deadlines, with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong influencing and networking skills to foster consultative relationships.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position in California is $123,000-$150,200 per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position level.
