What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketers and Analytics peers to understand best practices, propose strategic ideas, and initiate growth-driving projects.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and other analytics to maximize conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Set up, evaluate, and advocate for next steps in A/B tests with precision and speed.
  • Create reports and strategic insights by analyzing data from various ad platforms and tools to drive OKRs.
  • Estimate the value of different marketing strategies using statistical/ML models, offering growth opportunities for candidates.
  • Communicate findings effectively to internal and external team members.
  • Develop data models for strategizing, testing, and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as lifecycle marketing, SEM, social influencer, and more.

Are You Our Next Marketing Data Analyst II?

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in quantitative marketing analyses for high-tech companies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Quicksight).
  • Ability to link Marketing and Product Analytics seamlessly.
  • Experience with ETL tools like Airflow or Databricks.
  • Basic programming skills in Python for data analysis.
  • Understanding of end-to-end user journeys and the challenges of managing multi-touchpoint user funnels for web platforms.
  • Knowledge of attribution business methodologies and user tracking technologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of articulating growth marketing ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable in high-ambiguity environments and adaptable to change.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Math, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum overlap of 3 hours/day for 4 days per week with business hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer) and marketing stacks like Braze, Google SEM, Facebook, etc.
  • Experience with experimentation methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and interpreting results for stakeholders.
