Role Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Data Product Owner and the Head of Data, you'll be an integral part of a thriving team of talented analysts. Your role involves driving all aspects of our marketing analytics, embedding yourself in the marketing/growth/media-buying teams to spearhead optimizations and drive our mission forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is prepared to dive deep into data analysis to support our goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level Marketing Data Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and refine metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs.
  • Transform complex data findings into clear and actionable insights using various methods.
  • Monitor and forecast marketing trends, identifying new opportunities for initiatives and promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define necessary data products for generating and communicating key insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis or similar roles, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI).
  • In-depth understanding of social media platform APIs and their data utilization for business growth.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate complex data in a simple, clear way.
