  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and lead the data analysts.
  • Prepare standard CRM & Loyalty insights and regularly communicate these to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of data insights and dashboard updates.
  • Directly interact with business users to obtain specifications.
  • Perform prompt ad hoc analysis to generate insights.
  • Create proactive insights for business users.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with the technology team.
  • Serve as the initial contact for data empowerment, including training, education and guidance.
  • Offer analysis and insights from various data sources to support strategy and initiative development.
  • Gather data and develop insights from external benchmarking and internal practices.
  • Design and create dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy, Power BI or different reporting software.
  • Perform reporting, analysis, and presentation tasks to support global initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in data analysis or related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative subject, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing data professionals
