About the Role: Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure for efficient, scalable, and reliable machine learning workflows. This role involves close collaboration with developers and data scientists to identify and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions that leverage data to achieve business objectives. You'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems to support enterprise goals and drive innovation.

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager/Director of AI & ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure for machine learning using cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Develop containerized machine learning workflows using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Monitor and maintain the health of machine learning systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Ensure data security and privacy, including access control and threat detection.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in MLOps, machine learning, and cloud computing.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Elastic Container Service.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps/MLOps for ML and data science pipelines.
• Expertise in at least one programming language like Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large datasets using SQL, Pandas, or NumPy.
• Experience designing and implementing machine learning workflows.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Understanding of security best practices for machine learning systems, including data privacy and access control.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to work in an office environment.
