The Senior Data Analyst for the Product Success BI Team plays a vital role in providing actionable data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to empower subdivisions within the Customer Success Group. This position involves collaboration with the Product Success delivery team, identifying key solutions, and effectively conveying insights to leaders. The Senior Data Analyst should be able to seamlessly navigate between different teams to achieve desired results and play a critical part in enhancing overall customer success. The Senior Analyst should display adaptability in addressing a diverse range of issues, including detailed analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation, all while maintaining a proactive approach to embracing new challenges. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and significant business impact, which may require the occasional flexibility to work beyond standard hours. Expectations from the Role/Responsibilities (must-haves): 1. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with over 5 years of experience in a data analytics role. 2. Curiosity that stimulates deep diving into nuanced insights. 3. Extensive experience in writing complex database queries using SQL. 4. Excellent ability to transform an analysis into an executive-level narrative. 5. Proficiency in at least one popular visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) or Excel charts. 6. Demonstrable experience in creating and presenting data/dashboards/analysis to the leadership team. Nice to have skills: 1. Tableau certification is a significant plus. 2. Experience working with cloud data sources. 3. Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, machine learning using python/R.
