Do you want to help shape the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI? You will be part of the key worldwide GenAI Models team, responsible for assisting our customers in building and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and use cases across industry verticals. You will engage with product owners to shape product direction and assist our customers in tapping into new markets by using GenAI in combination with AWS Services. Working with a selection of GenAI model providers, you will be dealing directly with them regarding model performance evaluations, developing demonstrations and proofs-of-concept of GenAI end applications and use cases with large models. Key job responsibilities You will aid in developing the best industry cloud-based solutions to expand the GenAI business. Working closely with our product and field teams and 3rd party model providers, you will enable new capabilities for our customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads on AWS. This involves activities like market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC), creating content to train field teams, and driving thought-leadership. As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that allows you to lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises. You have domain expertise in GenAI and key ML use cases, and the technical depth to articulate the benefits of our GenAI-related services and solutions to data scientists, C-Level executives. In addition, you have a solid understanding of GenAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities and are passionate about market development and evangelism. You will manipulate the strategy for building and scaling GenAI on AWS, interact directly with customers to understand their business problems, and work with 3rd party model providers and our solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to these problems. You are adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with other teams within AWS such as services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and also representing your team to executive management. You should be passionate about assisting companies/partners understand best practices for operating on AWS. You will also identify patterns and trends that can be universally applied across an industry segment or customer set to help accelerate innovation. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Santa Clara, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements. - Experience in developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level. - Experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years of technical design/implementation/consulting experience. - Experience with GenAI/LLM in a business development/partner capacity. - Understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology and value proposition. - Experience in driving partnerships and developing joint go-to-market strategies with AI/ML model providers. - Deep hands-on understanding of deep learning and other ML algorithms with hands-on experience running pilots and POCs to demonstrate capabilities to prospects. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in interpreting data and making business recommendations. - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements. - Master’s Degree or PhD in Engineering or related STEM field. - Extensive understanding of AI/ML technology stack. - Experience in bringing new products and solutions to market, developing pricing and licensing models. - Working knowledge of GenAI use cases and applications in vertical industries. - Experience with cloud computing and or related fields. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. - Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations.
