About the Role

We are searching for an accomplished leader in people and a highly skilled analyst to build and lead our Operations Data Analytics team. As the Manager of Operations Data Analytics, you will have the opportunity to shape and guide a team of analysts. Collaborating closely with internal teams like RevOps, Sales, and Engineering, you will influence and refine our go-to-market strategy and processes. Your strategic insights and analytical expertise will embed data into decision-making, driving efficient and effective customer experience practices.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Data Analytics Manager, you will:

• Build and lead a team of skilled analysts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to inform strategy and processes.
• Embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with the Sr. Manager of Analytics to create and align Data Operations strategies with business goals.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decisions in go-to-market and customer experience teams.
• Shape our data governance and refine analytics tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• 1-3 years of experience in managing people and 5+ years in a Data Analytics role, preferably in a technology/SaaS environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Compelling communication skills to influence decisions.
• Versatile analytics skills with proven experience in identifying customer groups, ROI calculations, A/B testing, dashboard creation, and customer satisfaction analysis.
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure and modeling principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and intermediate Python skills, along with familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Experience guiding a team through the analytics lifecycle.
