Job Description

We are inviting you to enhance our team by contributing your expertise to our data management strategies. As a Senior Associate in Operations - Data Engineering, your role is pivotal in developing infrastructure for data capture, integration, and organization. Your efforts in data quality assurance will ensure data accessibility and usability, enhancing our enterprise database capabilities.

Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Identify and analyze customer needs for data usage and contribute to the development of database requirements.
  • Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of database technologies, coding languages, and vital computer system skills.
  • Manage the integration of data formats while overseeing the maintenance of data structures to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct analysis on new data sources and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of our databases.
  • Develop user interfaces for initial analyses to facilitate further data analytics by customers.

Required Qualifications

Your background will ideally include:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

Technical Skills

Our ideal candidate is proficient in:

  • Cloud technologies and computing
  • Programming, coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
  • Product development processes including design and prototyping
  • Governance and compliance
  • Data analysis and trends identification
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Product testing and evaluation
  • SQL, AWS database products (Neptune, RDS, Redshift, Aurora), and AWS Compute solutions
  • Visualization and data analytics with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
