Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) and Speech Recognition technologies. You will be designing and developing cutting-edge LLM applications while supporting our in-house speech recognition technology used for analytics.

If you are passionate about Natural Language Processing, Conversational AI, and have hands-on experience with advanced language generation models and speech recognizers, this is an excellent opportunity to bring innovative Generative AI technologies to a global audience.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and test strategies for various LLM products.
• Support our in-house speech recognition technology alongside engineering teams.
• Deploy prompts into production in collaboration with production engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and analysts to enhance LLM responses.
• Analyze feedback to continuously improve the quality of prompts and language output.
• Stay updated with the latest in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning.

Your Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD.
• Experience with building Automatic Speech Recognizers.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models such as GPT-3/4, ChatGPT, Claude, CoHere, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LangChain.
• Knowledge of other Machine Learning models or approaches like BERT or Reinforcement Learning.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
