Position Overview

Seeking a seasoned Principal HR Data Analytics & Reporting Manager for our People Technology & Analytics team. This pivotal role focuses on leading intricate reporting initiatives and Google Looker dashboard development within HR, aiming to streamline processes and augment decision-making with robust data-driven insights. Join us to play a vital role in refining our HR strategies and pushing the boundaries of business success through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced HR data reporting and analytics using Workday, ServiceNow, and other data integrations.
  • Oversee strategic reporting enhancements, including optimization of Workday reports and increasing self-service capabilities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm approval on deliverables.
  • Advance HR data management and reporting processes through effective process modeling and identification of enhancement opportunities.
  • Design visual wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate reporting solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and various data analysis tools to ensure robust and accurate data reporting.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure data consistency and integrity in all reports.
  • Manage expectations, handle escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Deliver training and support on reporting tools to HR team members.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in data analytics and reporting with proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow and other analytical tools.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and precision.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and more.
  • Experience with Google Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
