Job Description:

  • Act as a pivotal liaison between the Engineering, Technology, and Procurement teams, enhancing product data processes across multiple platforms.
  • Champion the Genesis project's direct item (parts) creation phase and implement consistent corporate numbering across systems.
  • Facilitate cross-platform data migration and spearhead data governance of item master data.
  • Solve complex data anomalies and discrepancies, ensuring high standards of data integrity and reliability.
  • Excel in a collaborative environment, gathering and analyzing critical data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field or significant experience in a similar role in the window industry.
  • Proven analytical skills and expertise in handling complex data sets, with robust experience in ERP and DB tools like JDE, Oracle, Access, SQL, and robust Microsoft Office skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a rigorous work environment, demonstrating capability in managing several projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macro creation, and SQL knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
