We are looking for a visionary Product Manager with a robust background in econometrics, experimentation, and statistical modeling. This role involves close partnership with our team of PhD data scientists to design products that seamlessly convert scientific research into practical, actionable tools for our customers.
As a Product Manager at Haus, you will tackle essential questions, translating customer needs into data science solutions, ensuring reliability across our models, optimizing data collection to enhance model functionalities, and designing user-friendly interfaces that allow easy interaction with our insights. You will also have the responsibility of communicating statistical uncertainties in terms understandable to non-technical users.
- Collaborate across teams including data science, engineering, sales, design, and customer success to craft a data science product roadmap.
- Develop products that integrate state-of-the-art econometric modeling to meet customer needs.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to better understand and address customer requirements.
- Implement systems for tracking product performance and measuring success.
- Deepen your knowledge of the marketing and advertising analytics landscape to identify opportunities where Haus can provide unique, valuable tools.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in Product Management or a related role demanding similar skill sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas: machine learning, causal inference, econometrics, statistics, or experimentation.
- Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in distilling complex scientific concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing tools for marketing and advertising data analysis.
- Previous roles in data science.
- Advanced degrees (Master's/PhD) in Statistics or related technical fields.
- You prioritize progress over perfection, preferring to take incremental steps towards solutions.
