The Product Marketing team at Domino is the customer's advocate, both before and after product launch. Our goal is to define and communicate Domino's key value propositions and align them across the company. We develop marketing strategies to gain market share, crafting compelling positioning and messaging collateral that empowers our field and partners for faster success.

Your Impact in the First Year:

As a Product Marketing Director, your contributions will include:

  • Articulating Domino’s platform capabilities and unique value proposition through precise messaging and content development.
  • Building integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing teams to drive demand and strong funnel conversions.
  • Developing core messaging and content for digital programs, field marketing, sales engagements, and events.
  • Conducting market research to inform content development and enablement.
  • Influencing the mid/long-term product roadmap through quarterly insights on competition, customers, and market trends.
  • Collaborating with solution SMEs to create sales tools, enablement resources, and training materials, including sales plays, presentations, and prospecting templates.

Qualifications We Seek:

For this pivotal role, we are looking for an experienced PMM Leader for an Enterprise B2B product who has successfully launched products with pricing/revenue implications. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Profound knowledge of data science, machine learning, and MLOps platforms. Relevant experience with big data, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies targeting technical and executive personas is required.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, business process automation, and high-performance computing.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual U.S. base salary range for this role is $194,000–$230,000 USD. For sales roles, this range represents the On Target Earnings ("OTE"), encompassing both sales commissions/bonuses and the annual base salary. The exact salary will be determined during the interview process, considering various factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role include equity, company bonuses or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
