Leicestershire County Council is seeking a skilled Property Data Manager to lead our dynamic team at the County Hall in Glenfield, Leicester. This permanent, hybrid role offers a competitive salary ranging from £46,404 to £50,865 per annum, complemented by extensive benefits. As a pivotal member of our team, you will engage primarily in managing and enhancing our Corporate Asset Management systems.

About the Role

As the Property Data Manager, you will:

  • Ensure delivery of precise data analysis crucial for impactful decision-making and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other managers to cater to their data needs, driving service enhancements.
  • Oversee the Data Management and Information Team, managing GIS Mapping, AutoCAD, and other crucial systems.
  • Champion the development and adaptability of Property and Asset Management Software Systems (PAMS).
  • Drive innovation across property services, upgrading both strategic property management and operational efficiency.
  • Develop a comprehensive Corporate Asset Management Plan to guide strategic directions and track asset performance.

About You

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A degree or substantial experience in Quantitative/Analytical Information Management.
  • Proven experience in managing robust data collection, analysis, and advanced reporting.
  • Strong leadership in managing diverse teams and large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in Property Asset Management Software, with hands-on experience in IT systems development and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility to adapt to new challenges, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
