Key Responsibilities

As an RDI Data Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Agile Product Management: Maintain and prioritize product roadmaps, overseeing project implementations using agile methodologies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators, focusing on revenue growth and product utilization.
  • Evangelize Product Value: Act as a lead advocate for your products, engaging internal stakeholders, industry peers, and analysts.
  • Client Relations: Foster client relationships through regular feedback, using insights to further tailor products.

Professional Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Product Management Expertise: At least 7 years of experience, particularly with data-centric products.
  • Data Technology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of data visualization, natural language processing, machine learning, and big data frameworks.
  • Strategic Communication: Excellent skills in presenting complex ideas effectively to varied audiences.
  • Agile Experience: Proficient in Agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban, enhancing product delivery and team collaboration.
  • Analytical Ability: Competence in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $128,750 to $182,750 USD per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, eligible candidates will receive a competitive annual bonus.
