Job Description
Our Data Integration Services team manages the automated, Custom Data Integration (CDI) service, which rosters Renaissance sites nightly using data from a district’s student information system. As a Regional Data Integration Specialist I, you will act as the main technical contact and facilitator for a School District concerning the maintenance of the nightly data integration process.
As a Regional Data Integration Specialist I, you will:
- Manage all customers within an assigned territory, serving as the customer-facing liaison of data integration with those districts
- Offer reactive assistance (evaluation, remediation, resolution) when customer encounters a data integration issue
- Actively supervise and support integrations to ensure they are running as scheduled; evaluate and resolve as needed
- Conduct customer check-ins to comprehend any customer data system changes to plan and predict data integration changes
- Understand Renaissance products, rostering and reporting data requirements, and CDI services
- Attend training sessions and review deployment updates
- Advise customers on Renaissance standard processes as it relates to the customer’s data integration and their use of Renaissance products
- Define and deliver customer work requests to the programming team
Qualifications
For this role as a Regional DI Specialist I, you must have:
- 1 year or more experience in customer and technical areas of Renaissance Learning; or an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, CIS, or related field; or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Technical knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and CSV / txt files
- Excellent technical customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide consultative guidance, imaginative problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Capability to read and interpret documents, such as manuals, directions for working with different Student Information Systems, and departmental procedures
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge and experience with Renaissance products
- Experience with Putty/WinSCP
- Experience with various data integration methods, SIS Software Vendors, and data providers like Clever

Salary Range: $46,400 - $63,750
This range is based on national market data and may vary due to experience and location.
