About the Role: Sales Enablement Data Analyst (Remote)

As a Sales Enablement Data Analyst, you will enhance our analytical capabilities to measure the value and impact of our enablement programs. You’ll source data, identify performance trends, collaborate to standardize outcomes, and present your findings. Your sales or revenue operations experience will be critical in analyzing data and uncovering opportunities for the Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess Salesforce.com & Clari data to understand regional performance.
• Scale regional performance reporting and identify data trends to inform enablement initiatives.
• Aggregate, format, and present findings to Field Enablement.
• Measure and report on asset/resource adoption and efficacy, collaborating with the Content team.
• Identify core program performance metrics and track/report on impact.
• Monitor and manage enablement performance data for integrity.
• Build scalable reporting practices alongside the Enablement team.
• Compile and validate data from multiple sources into digestible formats.
• Manage day-to-day sales and enablement performance reporting and ad-hoc data requests.
• Translate data trends into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years in sales operations or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, dynamic charts).
• Experience with large data sets and BI reporting tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with Clari & Salesforce reporting/dashboard building.
• Ability to learn new technologies supporting enablement measurement (i.e. Highspot, Seismic).
• Experience presenting findings in an actionable, streamlined manner.
• Strong alignment and influence skills; able to achieve consensus.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset.
• Effective time management and superb organizational skills.

CrowdStrike is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this U.S. position is $55,000 - $95,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by factors like work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
