What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a driven, detailed, and organized professional to enhance our sales process, tools, and productivity. In this role, you will become an expert in our sales systems and support our sales team. Experience in sales, operations, or an analyst role within a SaaS company is preferred. If you are keen on building a career with a rapidly growing cloud security company, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations Data Support: Resolve tickets related to the sales process, data, and systems.
• Ticket Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Process & Documentation: Develop and optimize documentation for tasks and processes to improve effectiveness.
• Data Management: Extract, clean, and mass upload data in Salesforce.com and Google Sheets; use Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Reports and Analytics: Create reports in Salesforce and Google Sheets, using tools like BigQuery to support data-driven decisions.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Partner Operations, and Finance to resolve sales team issues.

About You

• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, CONCATENATE).
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Preferably experienced in data operations or related roles, especially within a SaaS company.
• Passionate about data and its benefits to the organization.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Experience with SQL and Google data tools like BigQuery and LookerStudio is a plus.
• Python experience preferred.
