We are actively seeking a Sales Science Reporting - Data Visualization Senior Associate to be a part of our innovative Community and Consumer Banking Team (CCB). Job Responsibilities

As a valued member of The Chase Sales Science Team, your role will encompass:

• Full-spectrum data preparation and dashboard development using tools like SQL, Snowflake, Amazon AWS, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Collaborative efforts with engineers and data scientists to transform insights into actionable, self-service dashboards and data products.
• Execution of ad-hoc speed-to-market analytics.
• Utilizing storytelling to communicate insights, engaging a wide audience ranging from senior executives to fellow analysts.
• Cross-functional teamwork to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Efficient management of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Pioneering the automation of both new and existing processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Prospective candidates should possess:

• A robust background in Data Visualization, with over 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in data management related to CRM, sales, marketing, or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for developing intricate data visualizations.
• Expertise in ETL and data wrangling with tools/languages such as Alteryx, R, or Python.
• Familiarity with modern MPP databases (e.g., Greenplum, Teradata) and cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
• An independent work ethic, capable of driving results in fast-paced settings.
• A demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful conclusions.

Preferred Additional Skills

While not mandatory, ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience with SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Alteryx, and/or Salesforce.
• Understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, using Python/R.
