About the Role: Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator at Labelbox, you will take charge of and assist with our CRM platform, Salesforce. Collaborating with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, you will maintain our current CRM system while driving the development of the platform and its integrations to align with our fast-evolving business needs.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot our Salesforce environment on a daily basis.
• Provide technical and functional support to Salesforce users and associated applications.
• Create and manage users; maintain roles, profiles, security settings, and access configurations (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).
• Develop and update Reports and Dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Create and modify system objects and fields as needed.
• Log and track system issues from identification through resolution.
• Respond agilely to changing project requirements in a dynamic setting.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Manage Process Builders, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
• Develop and implement solutions for new or changing business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with and strategize around Labelbox’s needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications, and ensure proper testing and maintenance of these integrations.
• Maintain a clean and organized Salesforce database.
• Create and maintain system-related documentation.

About You

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Familiarity with platforms like Outreach, Clearbit, Zapier, and DuplicateCheck is advantageous.
• Possess initiative and the ability to take on increasing responsibility over time.
• Experienced in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment demanding excellence.

Compensation & Work Model

Labelbox is committed to pay parity and discusses compensation transparently. For United States-based candidates, the expected annual base salary range is between $1—$2 USD, excluding any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and geographical location.

We offer a remote-friendly hybrid model, valuing the benefits of both remote work and in-person collaboration.
