Role Responsibilities

As an AI Decision Science Analyst, you will:

• Define data requirements for Data-Driven Growth Analytics capabilities.
• Perform data cleaning, aggregation, interpretation, and quality analysis.
• Conduct market sizing and lift ratio estimations.
• Utilize non-linear optimization techniques.
• Apply proficiency in Statistical Time Series models, store clustering algorithms, and descriptive analytics to support merchandising AI capabilities.
• Develop AI/ML models in the Azure ML tech stack.
• Manage and develop data pipelines while employing scalable machine learning architectures.
• Optimize resources and apply NLP techniques and large language models.
• Create insightful presentations and client-ready decks.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Retail/CPG Marketing Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python, along with knowledge of at least one cloud-based technology (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in building price/discount elasticity models and conducting non-linear optimization.
• Expertise in NLP models, large language models, and their application to industry data.
• Experience in AI capability migration across cloud platforms, including managing data model documentation.
• Knowledge of econometric/statistical modeling, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, and time series techniques.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of the CPG and Retail industry.
• Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills with an ability to plan and manage tasks effectively.
