Senior Sales Executive (EMEA) – UK Based

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive our expansion in the EMEA region. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships across multiple verticals such as finance and insurance, identifying their unique needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product suite. Your expertise in navigating government procurement processes and complex deal structures will be key to driving revenue growth and establishing Hyperscience's presence in this significant market.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently source and close new business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the Hyperscience product and our position in the IDP industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with consistent forecasting.
  • Routinely surpass goals in outbound calls, emails, online demos, and trials each quarter.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and drive future product growth.
  • Provide productive market/client feedback to Hyperscience’s product/engineering team.

Qualifications (Must Have)

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an outbound or quota-carrying capacity.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of top-tier performance in previous roles.
  • Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong presentation skills.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with modern prospecting, nurturing, and pipeline technologies.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to learn and succeed.
  • Previous experience working with global System Integrators is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

This position is field-based, and we are open to candidates from any location within the UK, with regular travel required.
