Job Description

Manages all aspects of data analytics, including data extraction, analysis, manipulation, synthesis & interpretation, and summarization for client projects. Enjoys uncovering statistically significant causal relationships, is comfortable working with big data, and is intrigued by consumer behavior 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identifies and develops solutions to expand Publicis' advanced analytics assortment 
  • Analyses large datasets to draw out actionable insights and inform experimental design and model development 
  • Participates in the creation, verification and deliverance of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools 
  • Works collaboratively, interacting with multiple departments including internal and external customers 
  • Translates business queries and applies statistical models and analyses to answer questions in an actionable and reproducible manner 
  • Drives the automation of recurring reports and model monitoring systems 
  • Mentors and assists in training junior level team members 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent required, with a master’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in statistical analysis or data mining environments such as R, Python, or equivalent 
  • Advanced proficiency in AI-powered tools such as Datarobot or equivalent 
  • Advanced proficiency in multivariate analytics, econometric modelling, Bayesian probability, and analysis of variance, with advanced knowledge of data management concepts and SQL preferred 
  • Experience building production-grade statistical or matrix-based models 
  • Displays proficiency in time series ensemble modelling, multivariate regression and classification, survival analysis, cluster analysis, design of experiments, and machine learning algorithms 
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $80,000 - $95,000 per year. This is the salary range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. In accordance with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant together with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this salary range at any moment. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
