SUMMARY

Artera's Data team seeks a new Senior Analytics Engineer to report to our Senior Engineering Manager, Data Platform. Our expectation from this experienced Analytics Engineer is to develop BI reporting aligned to business requirements. This role will serve as a link between the business teams and Engineering, aiming to enhance team potency.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with healthcare data and eager to enhance the patient experience. We seek a dedicated team player committed to sharing knowledge and leveling up the entire team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for BI reporting aligned with business objectives
  • Involvement in technical customer onboarding
  • Ownership and delivery of high-priority, valuable product features
  • Representation of technical complexity in roadmapping exercises (collaborating with Product Managers)
  • Support in GTM and customer/stakeholder education of reporting products (post-development)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preference for STEM) 
    • Relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Business Intelligence Developer, Data Engineer, etc.
  • Exceptionally skilled in writing SQL
  • Proficient in BI/Data visualization (Looker preferred)
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships with Services, Go-To-Market Teams, and Customer Services
    • Capacity to develop partnerships with other engineering teams
  • Ambiguity tolerant and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Highly collaborative, experienced in working with various departments and organizational levels
  • Confidence in work output and openness to feedback
  • Continuous pursuit of growth, enhancing personal skills and team’s

SALARY RANGE

Actual base will depend on experience, skills, education, location, and/or internal equity.
