About the Role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our data infrastructure, enabling teams across product development, engineering, data science, clinical operations, and finance. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making, significantly contributing to our mission to accelerate the generation of actionable evidence to improve healthcare outcomes for everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and develop a roadmap to address gaps in the existing data infrastructure.
  • Implement new data infrastructure in close partnership with engineering and product teams.
  • Ensure data integrity within developed tools and maintain a reliable foundation to deliver insights across the organization.
  • Provide source data to business analysts to enable KPI tracking and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Prioritize inbound requests from multiple teams and establish the business context for efficient problem-solving.
  • Communicate with upstream data providers to influence their data design and output for downstream consumers.
  • Contribute to data asset documentation, automated testing, data profiling, and tooling decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data infrastructure, data analysis, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
  • Expertise in data modeling, SQL, structuring raw data from numerous different sources, ETL, and data pipelines.
  • Experience building data warehouses from the ground up and optimizing data models for downstream consumers.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture in AWS, GCP, and Azure (cloud agnostic).
  • Must be curious, humble, a team player, operate with a bias to action, and have decision-making abilities in uncertain situations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and comfortable switching work-streams as needed.

Reporting

The Senior Analytics Engineer reports directly to the President, Neil Sanghavi.

Location

We are a remote-first company! You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We cannot support visa sponsorship at this time.
