Robinhood seeks an exceptional WFM Forecasting and Capacity Planning Analyst, passionate about their work and skilled in managing stakeholders across contact centers. This role involves contributing new innovations within the Robinhood Workforce Optimization & Analytics Team.
Develop Forecasting Models: Build and maintain accurate models using statistical and predictive techniques.
Data Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends and perform what-if scenarios.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs related to workforce productivity and service levels.
Resource Allocation: Create detailed plans aligning workforce with expected demand.
Scenario Planning: Conduct planning for various operational circumstances.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly adjust plans based on actual performance and business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with operations management, HR, and other departments.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Cross-Functional Teams: Lead teams to implement capacity planning initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives: Assist in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Policy Formulation: Develop policies supporting workforce management objectives.
Technological Proficiency: Use advanced software for data analysis and forecasting (Excel, R, Python, ChatGPT).
System Improvements: Recommend improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in workforce management/contact center forecasting.
- 3+ years' experience in data analysis and project management.
- 3+ years' experience with WFM software (Assembled, Aspect, Calabrio, Nice).
- Ability to present analytics insights clearly to leadership.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
