Located in the heart of New York, Artsy is looking for a proactive Senior Data Analyst to enhance our Data Science and Analytics team. If you have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights and have experience in product analytics or data science, this role is perfect for you. This full-time, hybrid role requires in-office attendance three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with product and business leaders to guide significant decisions.
  • Analyze trends in key metrics like user retention and conversion to drive actionable insights.
  • Implement and monitor crucial KPIs across teams to foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop data products that enhance our understanding of the art market and optimize our platform.
  • Create and oversee the execution of A/B tests, applying advanced statistical and machine learning models.
  • Guarantee data integrity and establish best practices to meet analytical needs.
