What You Will Do:

As a Senior Data Analyst II, you will:

• Develop and oversee a detailed reporting framework tailored for organizational stakeholder needs.
• Analyze customer behavior, integrate vast amounts of data, and craft actionable strategies.
• Drive optimization and growth through insightful analysis in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in reporting, ensuring they align with stakeholder expectations.
• Manage projects efficiently, from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery against organizational goals.
• Leverage your leadership skills to manage a talented team, focusing on hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

What You Bring:

Your background:

• Proven experience in managing complex reporting projects and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced expertise in BI tools, such as PowerBI, and familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse.
• A strong grasp of SQL, Excel, and process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Basic: At least 5 years in reporting and project management, along with significant experience in data analysis and team management.
• Preferred: PMP Certification, a Master’s degree in Business or Analytics, and proficiency in advanced SQL, Python or R.
