The team:
The Data Analytics team is responsible for carrying out the analyses that show the value of Incognia's solution for the client, largely using SQL, spark/scala, and visualization tools, participating in the solution's hiring process, customer follow-up, and performance analysis construction that provides insights for business decision making. The team works closely with the sales, CS, marketing, and other technical teams in the company.
The opportunity:
The person who becomes part of the team will be responsible for carrying out analyses of our client's data, with the intention of improving the product and expanding Incognia's offering. They will have a lot of contact with the business and technical teams and will handle large volumes of data, carry out analyses, construct reports and dashboards, which will help generate revenue in an intelligent and assertive manner for Incognia. In addition, the senior data analyst will help the team to improve and enhance internal processes.
Responsibilities
Extract, manipulate and analyze complex data;
Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to discover patterns, trends, and relevant insights;
Generate insights and construct clear and concise reports through data, understanding our customers' characteristics, assertively communicating the results of the analyses;
Inform, interact and relate with the company's business areas to supply them with information and provide effective solutions;
Participate in meetings with internal and external clients;
Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and suggest alternatives for optimizing results.
Job requirements
A completed degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Actuarial Science, or other similar areas;
Advanced or fluent English - will have constant contact with the US team;
Experience with SQL;
Experience with the construction of analytical reports;
Experience and contact with other stakeholders - sales area, data engineering, among others;
Experience with spark/scala will be considered a plus;
Knowledge in the fraud, risk or security market will also be considered a plus;
