Overview:

Henry Meds is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes in the Operations department. This role focuses on optimizing both physical and human-driven processes through comprehensive reporting on KPIs. If you have a strong background in analytics, proficiency with data tools and programming languages, and a knack for managing stakeholders effectively, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze large datasets using data analysis tools and programming languages to extract actionable insights.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure analysis accuracy and reliability.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data for process improvements and performance optimization.

Data Visualization:

• Create informative and visually appealing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Use data visualization tools to present complex data clearly for non-technical audiences.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, and align data analysis efforts with business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations compellingly and understandably.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of driving business impact through data insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools/programming languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
• Experience in analyzing and cleaning messy data to ensure accurate results.
• Strong background in professional data visualization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with web scrapers and the data they generate.
• Background in eCommerce and/or DTC digital health products analytics.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and processes, especially if reporting to a Data or Engineering team.
• Experience with Python data analysis libraries such as Pandas.
• Proficiency with various data visualization tools, particularly those producing live dashboards.
• Experience with B2B businesses with high-lifetime-value customers.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures like GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
