What You’ll Do:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead the automation and enhancement of compliance operations using data analytics and AI.
  • Manage and develop ongoing regulatory reporting to ensure strict adherence to financial compliance laws.
  • Take charge of incident impact assessments and maintain critical dashboards within our product scope.
  • Create and oversee data marts and key metrics, enhancing data accessibility across teams.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in data sets to provide actionable insights into compliance operations and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define clear KPIs and data models, ensuring a data-driven approach to team workflows.

Are You a Fit?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Data Analyst, preferably within a financially regulated environment.
  • Expertise in data warehouse technologies like Snowflake, database management, and dbt.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting needs.
  • A solid grasp of version control with Git and software development basics to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights using statistical tools, ideally Tableau.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities to prioritize and manage requests efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

While not required, the following skills would be highly advantageous:

  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Advanced Python or R programming skills, including familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests with a statistical focus on outcomes.
  • Background in start-up or scale-up environments and leading comprehensive projects.
