About the role

Deel, one of the fastest SaaS companies to reach 100M revenue, is progressing rapidly towards a $1B revenue target. Thanks to a significant market potential and innovative strategies, Deel's product suite and customer base have evolved considerably over the past few years. Our Senior Analyst for Revenue will work closely with top executives, guiding them to understand the revenue trends and establish an analytical infrastructure for strategic decision-making.

Duties:

• Collaborate with data and analytics engineers to develop our tool.

• Help senior stakeholders make the best strategic decisions.

• Drive the direction of our revenue, churn & retention, and sales data models and reporting infrastructure, enabling management and our extensive sales team.

• Oversee the definition, quality, and reliability of key business metrics like Revenue and GMV.

• Develop data models describing our revenue and sales processes alongside analytics engineering.

• Build in Looker, creating curated dashboards for extensive viewership and designing customizable self-service frameworks for specific teams.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, CS, or STEM field.

• Experience in financial analytics functions such as finance, accounting, FP&A, or Revenue Ops.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to work well with all team members.

• Expertise in SQL and Looker (or similar visualization tool).

• Experience in data modeling and metrics design.

It would be great if you also have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent.

• Experience with dbt and LookML.

• Experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab).

• Participated in complex revenue reconciliation projects that span accounting, sales, and data.

• Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.
