About the Role: Senior Data Analyst at JLL Technologies

JLL Technologies, a division focused on advancing technology within Jones Lang LaSalle—a global leader in real estate services and a Fortune 500 company—invites applications for a Senior Data Analyst role.

The chosen candidate will become an integral part of our Portfolio Insights team, tasked with managing and optimizing strategic real estate plans for one of Silicon Valley's top tech giants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver actionable insights and recommendations using sophisticated analytics to guide informed portfolio decisions.
  • Create queries, dashboards, and reports from complex datasets sourced extensively.
  • Collaborate across functions on advanced predictive/prescriptive analytics projects addressing a range of business challenges at scale.
  • Manage projects from inception through to testing and deployment.
  • Champion data quality improvement, tool refinement, and long-term data ecosystem scalability through strategic action plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Robust analytical capabilities paired with a boundless intellectual curiosity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
  • A minimum of 3 years in data analysis and visualization, and experience in building/deploying machine learning models.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to elucidate complex business and data concepts at all organizational levels.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high professional standards and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and App Engine.
  • Proven impact in business through data mining and value extraction from large, diverse datasets.
