Job Description: Senior Data Analyst - Technology Business Management (TBM)

As a Senior Data Analyst at Experian IT Services (EITS), your primary focus will be managing IT consumption data crucial for cost allocation processes. Positioned within the Technology Business Management (TBM) team, you will be leveraging your profound technical and data management expertise to drive the TBM capabilities forward.

We are on the lookout for a proactive individual with a robust background in data management and technology infrastructure. This role is pivotal in evolving the TBM vision, aimed at empowering Experian business partners with actionable insights to manage IT services efficiently regarding cost, quality, and value.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive processes for collecting, validating, cleansing, transforming, and storing IT consumption data from varied sources, maintaining data integrity.
• Uphold data collection protocols and workflows to guarantee precise reporting of data volumes efficiently.
• Analyze IT consumption trends, offering valuable insights to aid decision-making.
• Develop monthly reports and dashboards to illustrate consumption trends to major stakeholders.
• Update and maintain TBM mapping structures relating to cost methodologies and charging mechanics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancing monthly reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Administrate changes in TBM service maturity and support ad hoc IT volume reporting and analyses.
• Promote process efficiency improvements and system automation initiatives.
• Document routine process updates meticulously.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience (8+ years).
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, and advanced Excel is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and financial management within IT services.
• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB is desirable.
• Exceptional analytical skills and fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for fostering team collaboration.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and bring a sense of humor to enhance team dynamics.
