We are seeking individuals who:
- Have at least 3 years experience in self-directed work with analytical projects, knowledge in UX-related analysis or quantitative UX research will be a bonus
- Are highly skilled in SQL (preferably with experience in processing and analyzing large data sets)
- Know how to construct statistical models and tests using R or Python
- Can independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses
- Can collaborate with various stakeholders, while developing effective and clear methods of communication
- Can construct insightful dashboards in Tableau or LookerStudio
- Have basic Python programming abilities to automate analyses and data processing (Airflow)
- Are proficient in spoken and written English (at least B2)

Your primary responsibilities
- You will assess large datasets using SQL (BigQuery) to understand customer behaviour and enhance user experience on the platform
- You will play an active role in generating hypotheses, deriving insights from data, formulating data-driven recommendations and devising product development strategies
- You’ll contribute to the creation of Allegro’s experience metrics framework
- To gain the finest insights, you will integrate declarative data from surveys with big data
- You’ll design tools and models to evaluate new initiatives and UX strategies
- You’ll build and maintain Tableau/LookerStudio dashboards and data processing scripts (Airflow)
